		2 April 1992 Incorporated PT. Multi Surya Makmur Gemilang
		1992 Very actively involved in the supply of various products for the “Timika New Town Project” (now it is referred as Kuala Kencana). Also strongly involved in other sectors, such as : mining, petrochemical, oil and gas, power, and various other “heavy” industries.
		1993 Contractor for the Biggest Ever Presidential Inauguration of 277 Companies held once at PT. Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo (PENI) Merak, West Java, Indonesia. The event is the biggest in the "New Era" in all points of view: largest in dollar amount, about USD 5 billion, more than 2000 guests, more than 25 ambassadors and represented by up to 277 companies at once.
		August 1994 Won a world class raiseboring works at PT. Freeport Indonesia Company. The scope is to construct four (4) raisebored holes for Orepasses (#8, #9, #10, #11) with the dimension of 4.14 m in diameter to a depth of 620 meter per one orepass. The jobsite is situated at an elevation of over 4,000 meter above sea level. The total length (depth) of the four orepasses constructed is over 2,500 meter. The raiseborer used for the project is the most powerful machine in the world. It required forty two (42) containers to mobilize the complete machine and its supporting auxiliaries. The work involved more than 80 (eighty) expatriates from South Africa. It is executed in three shifts (24 hours) and seven (7) days a week schedule. All the four orepasses were completed earlier than scheduled. Our jobsite was then nominated as the Best Jobsite at PTFI and has become the sample for other underground contractors. The project was executed in 1994 until late 1997.

		1994-1997 The Company strongly positions theirself in the servicing of their very selective valued Customers and acting as their procurement agent for hundreds to thousands of different items, products, machines, spare parts, consumables, etc, either domestically or globally sourced.
		1997 Signed up Strategic Alliances with Kiewit International for developing Power Plant business focussing in Geothermal and conventional power plants.
		1998-1999 Did several sizeable works for Newmont / Fluor Daniel Projects. Maintained proper support to all our loyal Customers. Executed all businesses in a very prudential manner due to the phenomenal crisis the country experienced.
		2000 Implementing Matrix Management System and Sharing Information Technology supported by strong intranet and internet related facilities and access. Formed International Strategic Alliances with Global Finance Network (GFN) to provide Financial Investment Services – to help Indonesian public companies be listed in foreign stock exchange with total / full commitment.

		2001-2002 Successfully signed up Agreements with several major Clients – with market capitalization over Rp.500 billion (or over USD 50 million). Setting up a joint venture with Regional Government to join forces in expediting the Regional Development in conjunction with the autonomy spirit.
		2003 The Company continues Regional Development efforts focusing on East Indonesia region, and set up a new group of company to support the efforts. Started supply of items to local government’s through contracts of projects in East Indonesia.
		2003-2006 Very actively in support of various products to existing and new customers, expand supply sectors from industrial/company’s project needs to regional development project needs.
		2006 Implementing Matrix Management System and Sharing Information Technology supported by strong intranet and internet related facilities and access. Formed International Strategic Alliances with Global Finance Network (GFN) to provide Financial Investment Services – to help Indonesian public companies be listed in foreign stock exchange with total / full commitment.
